It has caused leaders to shift how they make decisions to move forward in a rapidly changing environment locally, regionally, provincially, and nationally. Join Dr. Jaason Geerts and our special guest, Bruce Swan, for this Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) module related to the Achieve Results domain: specifically, the capability of Take Action to Implement Decisions, within the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework . Bruce Swan is a senior health care leader with more than 40 years of experience. He has a proven record of accomplishment includes building capacity in leaders to achieve a client-focused business to promote and realize efficiencies and effectiveness through integration and collaboration. He is currently the Supervisor, Addictions and Mental Health – Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington – replacing the Board and the CEO. Bruce is a Professional Certified Coach and holds a Fellowship in the Canadian College of Health Leaders. He is a facilitator of LEADS Learning Series, Faculty Coach Health Care Can - Leads Inspired Leadership Program. He works with organizations on the Coach Approach to LEADS as well as debrief LEADS 360 assessments.
