LEADS Learning Series Webinars & Resources for Facilitators

As part of our Community for Practice, we held a series of webinars, each referring to one of the workshops available in the LEADS learning series.  In these sessions, we invited you to discuss your experiences as well as share any suggestions for the improvement and implementation of the workshops.

The purpose of these webinar is for LEADS Facilitators to share their experiences facilitating the LEADS learning series workshops as well as provide feedback on the workbooks. We want the available resources to be helpful to facilitators as well as promote consistency in program delivery across clients. It is not necessary to have facilitated a LEADS workshop to attend and contribute to the webinars.
We are looking for your experience and feedback on all aspects of the day, including your thoughts on purpose, exercises that work well or not so well, adaptation to audiences, suggestions, and feedback from participants you have worked with (that might not have been captured with our evaluations) etc.
