Spotlight

The first edition of Bringing Leadership to Life in Health: The LEADS in a Caring Environment (2014), introduced the 5 domains of the LEADS Framework. In this second edition, the authors (Dickson, Tholl), profile health leaders from across Canada and abroad and share their lessons of leadership, and how those lessons bring LEADS to life: in practice, not theory. Over the next year, we will be sharing the authors' top highlights and lessons learned. Make sure to follow us for these regular posts.

This program is meant to provide information, tools, reflection, and discussion around key issues in healthcare leadership (for positional or non-positional leaders). With a series of modules to choose from, each promises a unique integration of self-directed learning, guided learning, and interactive discussions.
