The LEADS Online Self-Assessment Access

UPDATE: Now Available!

We are happy to announce that the LEADS Online Self-Assessment for individuals and organizations is now available on our new website.  We appreciate your patience as we navigated the integration of the CCHL and LEADS Canada account management systems (AMS) and the development of the self-assessment tool on our new platform.

The LEADS self-assessment tool is an introduction to the LEADS language and an opportunity for self-reflection so that one can better understand their capabilities and behaviours with respect to the LEADS framework. The results are based on the average of how often an individual demonstrates each behaviour within each of the 5 domains.

As a LEADS Self-Assessment client, you now have access to this leadership development tool through your Account Centre.  In February, you would of receives an email with instructions to confirm your login (sent to your primary email) and create a new secure password. 

Once successfully logged in to your new CCHL Account Centre:

  1. Update you user profile details by selecting the Person Profile blue side menu and click on Edit Profile.
  2. Make sure to select your current organization from the Organization Name section of your profile page.
  3. To access the self-assessment, open the Professional Development section of the blue side menu and click on the LEADS Self-Assessment tab.
  4. Select the leadership context that most aligns with your current work role.
  5. Complete the survey.

Make sure to bookmark our website so you can return and complete the self-assessment as often as you wish for the duration of your organizations’ active licence.
