Certified Organizational LEADS Facilitators (OLF) are a valued resource for organizations, able to design, deliver and evaluate LEADS learning opportunities within their own organization and integrate them into existing internal leadership development practices.
OLFs will have access to the online LEADS Community for Practice for certified Organizational LEADS Facilitators and will also receive an Organizational LEADS Facilitator License which is a license to use LEADS content and LEADS marks when delivering LEADS-based services internally.
This new OLF certification program consists of six (6) training webinars (totalling 10 hours) and then a six (6) month design consultation, development and completion time frame.

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FEE: $4,500 + tax (includes cost of the six (6) training webinars; access to the online program platform; project design mentorship, evaluation, feedback and debriefing; an e-book version of Bringing Leadership to Life in Health: LEADS in a Caring Environment (2nd edition)—Putting LEADS to Work by Dr. Graham Dickson, and Bill Tholl, LEADS Workbooks and Resource Guide; LEADS Organizational License for internal use; three-year (3 yr) license as an Organizational LEADS Facilitator)
