The COVID-19 Pandemic has sparked collaboration where it previously did not exist, and innovation that would have previously taken years compared to days. The result is improved access to, and processes within some sectors and regions of the Canadian healthcare system. There are examples surfacing of important and quick collaborations that triggered these innovations and improvements.  The questions on many people's minds are how, and if, these changes will be sustained, and what actions can leaders take to influence the maintenance of these improvements?

Dr. Jennifer Zelmer leads the Canadian Foundation of Healthcare Improvement - an organization that embodies the spirit of collaboration to create partnerships leading to health system improvement. During this one-hour webinar, we will have an informal dialogue to share Jennifer's thoughts on the collaboration, innovation and improvement we've seen during the pandemic, reflections on how these might be maintained as well as considerations on her own leadership style and evolution through the pandemic.

Join LEADS Canada Vice-President Brenda Lammi and Dr. Jaason Geerts and our special guest, Jennifer Zelmer, for a campfire-style chat entitled "Leading Healthcare through the Pandemic: Collaboration, Innovation & Improvement".

Special Guest:  Dr. Jennifer Zelmer
