Susan Wright

Susan Wright is a Leadership Coach and Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of private, public and healthcare sector experience. Susan is the founder of Wright Momentum, a change enablement consultancy that partners with clients to provide organizational consulting, strategic design/strategy, leadership coaching and facilitation. 

Susan’s work is focused on building capacity through creativity, collaboration and systemic design to facilitate innovation and sustainable solutions. Susan’s coaching and organizational development experience includes partnering with health and business leaders, entrepreneurs and creative professionals. She manages and leads initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational strategy and design, employee engagement, and as well, supports people leaders to successfully navigate change and build effective teams.  

Susan completed the Master of Design (MDes) Strategic Foresight and Innovation (SFI) Program at OCAD University. Susan earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation, has certification in Emotional Intelligence Assessment: EQi Multi-Health Systems and LEADS 360: Canadian College of Health Leaders.  She completed, Guiding Organizational Change Professional Qualification Program, Sundance Consulting Inc. and pursued a number of communications training programs with McLuhan & Davies Communications Inc.  She earned her Honours BA from the University of Waterloo. 

Susan is a volunteer coach for Up With Women and served as a Director on the Board for Advanced Gerontological Aging Inc. (AGE) and is Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Toronto Chapter.  

She partners with clients to generate perspective, facilitate learning and develop strategies relevant to their leadership context. Clients and colleagues value her insight and ability to create trust and clarity in ambiguous and complex leadership contexts.

Susan lives in Toronto with her husband, two teenagers and pre-schooler and views life as one continuous adventure!
